The former Armenian Monastery of the All-Saviour is situated at Çukurçayır, some 3km south-east of Trabzon. The 15th century church seen here may have been built on the remains of an earlier Greek church. The small chapel to the right is dated 1424.
The church is notable for its extensive wall paintings of biblical scenes, thought to date from the late 17th-early 18th centuries.
