This looks to have been a prominent building in what was before 1923 the Greek community of Malakopea.
On what is now Atatürk Caddesi ?
... I had a long stroll around on Streetview looking for this building, without success. I fear it is no more.

I went to Derinkuyu to see the underground 'city', today a major tourist attraction. Unfortunately it was closed due to a power cut.
