On the skyline is the Nuruosmaniye Mosque and beyond it that of Atik Ali Paşa. The dome on the left is that of the Mahmut Paşa Hamamı.

I can't quite believe I put myself in this position (although I wasn't as close to the edge as it looks). StreetView photos from early 2016 show people taking in the stunning views from the roof. By summer there were railings along here.
I don't know if there is still access to the public. BW 2020
