A number of structures resembling Roman tombs are placed about the landscape at Sumatar. The circular Structure 1 is some 3m high. Beneath it are two underground chambers containing arcosolia ( arched recesses where bodies were placed ).
Just over a kilometre south-west of the Central Mound.
View to the north towards the remains of Structure 3, about 320m distant.
