Also known as Sultan İsa Medresesi, this Islamic religious school and mosque complex was built in 1385 by Melik Necmettin İsa. Situated to the north of Cumhuriyet Caddesi, in the shadow of the Citadel.   
The building is much larger than this view, from the west, might suggest.
