Naqa - Lion Temple (Temple of Apedemak)

Dedicated to the Lion-god Apedemak, this temple dates from the late first century BC or early first century AD. The inner and outer walls are decorated with reliefs of King Natakamani and Queen Amanitore in the presence of Apedemak, Amun and other gods.
This view is of the inner north-east wall.
